Director, Integrated Customer Experiences (Marketing)
In her current role, Rachel is responsible for delivering superior and highly-connected experiences across the full brand journey for customers of Pizza Hut, a subsidiary of Yum! Brands Inc, which operates more than 43,000 restaurants across the globe. A recognized strategic thinker and business problem-solver, Rachel has held positions within the Ecommerce, Strategy and Communications teams, since joining Pizza Hut in 2012. Rachel holds degrees from Colgate University (B.A.) and The Medill School at Northwestern University (M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications).
